Led Neon Underbody

A sound after installing neon lights underbody kit?

I got an underbody LED kit-got it installed-and right after I have been hearing this strange sound coming from inside the hood-BUT IT ONLY SOUNDS OFF WHEN I press the accelerator. It is like a high pitched sound.
Does anyone know what this is about?
