red and blue lights on show vehicle in Nevada?

I have some CLEAR lens red/blues that im putting in my truck. i am a light installer for the government on all the police cars and such and they are going on a demonstration/show vehicle that is also my daily driver. im installing lights to show customers the newest and greatest products. also because my truck is a zombie defense themed truck. all my lights have clear lenses when off so the color is not distinguishable. i would like to know (from law savvy individuals) what the law is with this. ive been told that if im responsible and you cant see red or blue when theyre off than its fine.

i would like lawful answers and not opinions whether or not you THINK its a bad idea.
but thats what im saying. you can clearly see blue on those cars. the lights im working with...are clear when off. looks like glass. and i only use them in front of customers and in shows....off public roads

Why are Under Car Kits so expensive even though they are illegal to drive with ?

I've been pricing around for Neon and LED Under Car Kits and the prices varies from $400 to $700 with installation included. My car is a Honda Civic.

The answer is pretty obvious.

Someone who would use this stuff can't be the brightest bulb in chandelier, and the dealers are anxious to separate a fool and his money.

Can you use command strips on the outside of your car?

I kinda want one of those raised decals for your car, but usually people put them on with 3M strips. Since the car is not mine and people always say command strips come off, I was wondering if any of you already tested this out?
Bottom line: I would like to know if Command Strips will keep the decal on my car, but be able to be taken off without taking the car paint with it or leaving any kind of mark.

Is there any laws in Washington state on led strips in cars?

i plan on putting blue led strips in my car's interior under the seats and by the pedals. Also i wanna put them in my rims. is that ok?
