Can Someone Please Help?!?

I want to fit these... http://www.amazon.co.uk/120CM-Flexible-Underbody-Strip-Waterproof/dp/B003BTO32S/ref=sr_1_5?ie=UTF8&s=automotive&qid=1280462112&sr=8-5 to my bicycle spokes, so when i pedal the whole wheel looks blue.. but i dont know how to power them, it says it needs a DC 12v.. but where can i get a portible one from i can stick on my bike frame?

Definitely not a maths question. You'll need a lightweight, compact 12v DC battery.

The Extensive Applications of PVC
