my cooler master v10 came with flimsy bolts its loose?
so its not making proper contact with the motherboard and the cpu so the cpu is getting to hot ive tried longer bolts but had no luck ive got an antec 1200 case with an asus p6t deluxe motherboard its has 6 gm of ram at 1600 Mghz and 2 ati radeon 5870s in crossfire so i need a good cooler for it has any idears the cooler master glowed neon red when running i liked this it was like the heart of the pc so something similar would be great any help much apriciated.

The V10 fixes by screwing through the heat-sink into the bracket that fits UNDER the mainboard, are you sure you have got the various securing plates the right way round?
RTFM - There is a manual that comes with it have you actually read it and understood why the flat plate has to go where it does and the raised edge one has also to be the correct side of the board? If you get them the wrong way round the connection is not tight enough and the CPU will overheat.

Light White Neon what is the best film camera to buy if you are shooting bands in dark and neon lighting or for black and white
i'm taking a photography class in the fall and we're focusing on only black and whites, but i also want to eventually be a strictly band photographer. and they play in dark rooms with spotlights. is there a film camera that works well with both?
It's not the camera you have to worry about, its the nut behind the viewfinder.
I kid, I kid.
Seriously, its not the camera which is going to produce the sort of results you're looking for ... its the aperture of the lens, the shutter speed and the ASA rating.
If you're just starting out, make things easy on yourself - shoot Tri-X (and push it to 800). The 50mm lens is usually considered a rather "boring" lens by many photographers because it comes closest to producing exactly what the eye sees (i.e. it is neither wide nor telephoto). But the advantage of the 50mm is that it is usually a "fast" lens, meaning it opens up to f1.8 or wider. You'll have extremely shallow depth of field, but when shooting musicians, that's often desirable.
You want lenses that open up to at least f2.8. Remember that the longer the lenses, the more likely it is that you'll have fuzzy images because its harded to keep them still, especially if you're not using a monopod.
Get a monopod! They're around $50 new and $25 used. They go a long way in keeping your camera still, especially if you have a long zoom or telephoto lens attached.
One bit of advice - don't aspire to be a "strictly band photographer."
For one thing, the competition is fierce and for another, most musicians think they're doing you a big favor by letting you photograph them. I've shot hundreds, maybe thousands of musicians and the only guy who was ever pleasant to me was Joe Strummer ... which was cool because I think so much of the guy's work. He was a great guy!
But the majority of musicians I've shot are prima donnas who want everything free. Same thing with a lot of the venues (this is especially true of the House of Blues, who are a bunch of dirtbags).
Photographing bands can be a lot of fun and for a precious few people, it can be profitable.
I would strongly encourage you to keep your options open and learn to photograph (and enjoy photographing) LOTS of different things.

Fin Led Light Need help trying to program my keyless entry to my '2000 cougar special edition'. I cant figure it out.?
my car has the sporty fin on back and the back wind shield wiper. im pretty sure i have key less entry but i can program it.
here are the instructions:
Turn the ignition from OFF to RUN 4 times within 6 seconds.
2. Turn the ignition OFF. The LED in the clock/trip computer will light up continuously to confirm programming mode.
3. Within 20 seconds, press any button on the first keyless remote. The LED in the clock will flash 4 times to confirm programming.

Why does my betta have fin rot?!?
All the conditions are perfect for my betta! He's in a 5 gallon tank all to himself (well mostly... there are 2 ghost shrimp that he ignores to keep him company), filtered (tetra whisper), heated to 76-80 degrees, plenty of fake plants/hiding places/decor, LED light on for 12 hours each day, and the water conditions are GREAT.
Now he has fin rot. He's still eating and acting normal, but half of his tail fin is missing. I treated the tank with tetra lifeguard but it did NOTHING, maybe even made his fin rot worse.
I change the water once every week. Would his fin rot go away if I change it every day? (20-25% of course). I don't want to buy any other treatment unless I absolutely HAVE to.
Lifeguard is another one of those "remedies" that does nothing long the lines of MelaFix, Betta Revive, Pimafix, etc., so it's typical it's not better.
Peetr & No. are right. As someone else posted, make sure it's fin rot: shorter fins/tail that have black or dark fin edging. However, if you see rays (lines in his fins/tail) w/the tissue removed or halfmoon shaped chunks gone or see strips on the floor of the tank he could be tail biting. No one's sure why it occurs but theories are stress, illness, boredom, bad quality or cold water & thinking it's another betta.
If it's fin rot: Kanaplex/Kanamycin is best for infections & easiest on fish so order it online, but for now get Jungle Fungus Eliminator or Clear @ PetCo/PetSmart. If you can't find either get Maracyn 1 and 2 (yes, both, since each only treats one type of infection) @ any pet store. Maracyns are recommended least because they've been overused & often don't treat current infections. If he's in a cycled tank, take out the carbon cuz it removes meds & do a 10-25% water change (the amt. you do weekly); if it's uncycled, do a 100% water change. With any of the above meds, treat daily for 3 days (follow package instructions for cycled tanks as to frequency & amount of water changes; do a 100% water change each day for uncycled tanks). Retreat if necessary for another 3 days. Wait 20 minutes after water changes to add meds, sooner dilutes them. Unless his rays were badly damaged his fins will grow back & it will be clear regrowth (unless he's red, sometimes there's grows in black for some reason) & will fill in w/color gradually over time.
Disease is usually brought on by cold, untreated or poor quality water so make sure you have the following so his basic needs are met; otherwise you're just treating the symptoms, not the underlying cause of the illness & he'll end up get sick again.
1) Bettas are tropical fish & need a heater & steady water temp. of 78 degrees. Cooler causes poor digestion, color loss, clamped fins, illness, lethargy, loss of appetite &/or death. Even temp. changes of 1-2 degrees can stress & sicken them. Your tank needs a 50 watt heater. Why do I mention this since you alrady have a heater? Cuz sometimes a lower watt heater won't heat reliably to the same temp. & it's this variability that causes the betta to stress which lowersa the immune system & brings on infection. You stated the temp. is between 76-80 degrees; if it's steady @ one of those temps. great; if it fluctuates between them I'd be concerned your heater is either not @ the correct wattage & either can't heat it & keep it @ that temp., malfunctioning or isn't the right wattage.
2) Water changes remove ammonia, which is toxic & forms in water from uneaten food, waste, his breathing. It's colorless & odorless so you can't tell if the water's ok by seeing if it "looks clean." For uncycled 100% water change tanks of 5 gallon you need to change all the water (& take out the betta-cupping him is easiest, decor, rinse off the gravel, etc.) 2x's/wk. Many people say not to change all the water but w/uncycled tanks you MUST; otherwise the ammonia levels, which are toxic, continually rise since you're leaving some in w/every water change. Because of the this, the % of ammonia in the water also rises each time. Any Ammonia is enough to stress, sicken or kill fish, so no Ammonia is the only amount that won't poison them. If your 5 gallon is cycled, change 10-25% of the water (the exact amount is determined by your tank's water test kit results) & vacuum 1/3 of the gravel 1x/week.
3) Add a water conditioner @ every water change that removes chlorine, chloramines & heavy metals. AquaSafe (@ PetSmart, WalMart-6 drops/gallon) or Novaquel & Prime together (@ PetSmart) are good.
4) Aquarium salt is a waste of $. Yes, there is evidence that in large doses it can have some beneficial properties, but since your fish is freshwater you'd have to add so much salt to see any benefit that you'd end up killing him.
5) I know you say they're "fine" but what are the exact levels for Ammonia, Nitrate & Nitrite? Any ammonia is toxic so if there's any in the tank you need to do a full water change (if uncycled), or small partial water water (if cycled) until the level is 0 ppm.
6) Did you fishless cycle the tank if you're treating it as a cycled tank? If not, the levels are likely spiking & dropping which often causes illness especially in "less hardy" species like bettas. You'd either need to do small water changes to keep the ammonia down until it's finished cycling, run it as a cycled tank, or find him another heated tank in the meantime while your tank finishes cycling.
To be honest, there's a chance that his immune system will kick the fin rot on it's own but there are caveats to that: if the conditions that caused him to be stressed & allowed disease to overtake him are still present then he likely won't, so clean, conditioned & a steady warm temp. are musts.
