I want to buy one for my aquarium because they are so much brighter, but I'm not sure if ti will screw into a regular light bulb socket or not. Please let me know. Also, which are brighter, incandescents or compact fluorescents?
Yes, there are, but they're really expensive to buy and there's still kind of limited choice. Saw some chandelier base ones at Costco last week. Brightness depends on the individual bulb. You have to check the lumens to know for sure which bulb will be brighter. Watt for watt, CFLs are brighter. I think a 23 watt CFL is supposed to give about the same light as a 100 watt incandescent.

No. A 60 watt light fixture means that the fixture can handle the heat generated by a 60 watt incandescent lamp. A 13 watt LED bulb produces a lot less heat than a 60 watt incandescent bulb.
However LED bulbs can a fail due to excessive heat build up, which can happen in enclosed fixtures. The wattage rating of the fixture has nothing to do with whether the fixture is suitable for LED bulbs.

LG 32cm Full High Definition Television. Flashing Red Light after shutting down wont power back up?
I have only bought a LG Full High Definition TV. Its only been in operation for around 3 hours and it suddenly turned off and wont start back up. Every time I turn it back on it powers up for about 10 seconds then turns off again. The monitor light keeps flashing red after its shut down.

Well, the simplest option for you is to return the monitor to the store if it accepts taking back items for your money back or for replacement. If it doesn't, LG should have a warrently on it so just give their costumer support a call, (numer should be found at their website), and ask them about sending the TV back for replacement.
