Is something wrong with wearing pink motorcycle gear?

So I'm at Chaparral looking for a new helmet. I find a pink and black one I thought looked nice but my guy friends I ride with told me to get the plain black one because pink "embarrasses" them. What the hell is that? I told them to shut up and bought it anyways but is it that bad to wear pink gear? I see girls all the time in it.. Opinions?

How much you think I can get for my '05 Suzuki GSXR-600?

It's got approx. 7,600 miles. brand new rear tire (about 500 miles on it), never dropped. 6000k HID kit in projector headlight, yoshimura trs carbon fiber FULL exhaust (header back), power commander III, Python alarm system, Hotbodies undertail, rear tire hugger, flush mount signals, smoked out windshield, tank pad, can't think of anything else at the moment. always taken care of. I'm also thinkin if I should jus keep it until next spring maybe I can get more money. Lemme know what you think. Thanks

Neutrals: Aftermarket parts. I agree with greenvetter, pull the parts and sell them separately if you still have the stock parts. You could probably get around $7k with everything on it but would make more parting it out.

If you can keep it until spring, I would do that. You might be able to make a few more $$.

I looked on N.A.D.A. you could ask for 6,250 see who bites. Although you will probably have to settle for less. People generally do not want to shell out big money for used sportbikes. You could hold on to it until next spring. People will pay a little more when they have the itch and the weather to go with it.

would different jet sizes on 1 carb (of a set of 4) mean that carb would not run ?

I have just bought a carburettor for my motorbike GSX 400 F, but as getting hold of those carbs are virtually impossible, i purchased a set of GSXR 400 carbs which i was led to believe where exactly the same. They look the same, piece for piece, but upon further inspection, the jets (although they look the same) have different numbers on them. I changed the number 4 carb, and suddenly it didnt work. I just want to know if different jet sizes in one carb would mean that carb would not work, perhaps it would be too rich ?

First of all you forgot to tell us the brand and type of carburetor the bike had. Secondly, one jet size in the pilot or main wouldn't cause a motor not to run.

Are the metering rods the same? Are they hung the same? Does the slide-valve have the same cut-out in it? Are the needles and seats the same?

name of an old movie any info please?

hi i remember watching this movie back in about 2000-2001 it was about a kid who was on the streets i cant really remember much but 1 scence and a few lines, the scene i remember is this guy driving to get this kid on a black motorbike with black helmet and the kid being chased pulls a "for sale" sign out the ground and hits the biker and knocks him off, the biker then gets up pulls out a box cutter/stanley blade and says "id like you to meet my friend stan!" and slashes the kid across the stomache, but the kid ends up getting the knife and stabbing the biker and blood is spurting from the bikers stomache as he is led down, the kid runs off to tnd to his wounds, thats all the info i have on it really it was made possable sometime in the 1990's a pretty gritty realistic movie it was, anyone have any info i would be real greatful thankyou!
