what looks better for hidden police lights?

I'm a Special Officer for the Massachusetts state police and I've been recently granted a permit to mount red, blue and white lights on my personal car, which I use extensively for on-duty work. I was looking for opinions on what looked better (in other words, if you saw my lights flash behind you, which would you make you more likely to pull over). The two choices are:
1- an LED Dual Visor Strobe that flashes red/blue
2- an LED Dual Visor Strobe that flashes blue/blue

and in what position (passenger side visor, driver's side visor, or the set I am looking at comes with suction cups to mount in center).

Also, does anyone know a cheap place to order them online? It's coming out of my pocket because It's not mandatory but rather I want them.

I actualy would go for headlight+tailight wig-wags because they are generaly super cheap and easy to install, and you are seen from all directions. From your options I recomend the blue/blue on the passenger side just because it's unusual. If you could afford both you would be noticed without any problem but I know due to the nature of your job the pay's lousy so I'd stick with wig wags. I think those run for about $500 but I don't know (I'm not a LEO so I don't know any prices or places that sell 'em. Good Luck though.
